SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

Once you have installed the MyBrewbot app on your phone there are context sensitive videos on each tab showing you how to use the great features of the product

2.4 GHZ OR 5 GHZ NETWORK

At the moment MyBrewbot will only work on a 2.4 ghz connection. So make sure you choose that in the set-up

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY INTERNET GOES DOWN?

If MyBrewbot loses connection with the internet it just carries on working. It wont send any data to the cloud, so there will then be a gap in your chart where no data was received.

After 15 minutes of disconnection you'll receive a notification on your Smart Phone to tell you that MyBrewbot isn't connected.

WHAT IF I GET MY SMART PLUGS MUDDLED UP?

During the development of MyBrewbot we did just this and ended up with a beer ice lolly. As a result, MyBrewbot will warn you if your target and actual temperatures are diverging rather than converging and will never let the beer temperature go below - 0.5C.

HOW DO I GET THE LATEST VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE?

MyBrewbot uses Over the Air (OTA) software updates.

When MyBrewbot starts up it looks to see if there is a new release and automatically tells you that there is a new release.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF ONE OF MY PROBES STOPS WORKING?

If one of your temperature probes stops working then you'll see that the LED next to the Ambient Temperature reading will change colour to Orange. You'll also get a notification on your Smart Phone.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If you aren't happy with MyBrewbot for any reason just return it within 30 days and you'll get your money back. If you've registered with PayPal's 'Return on Us' service you'll even get your mailing costs refunded.
